Jill lived with us, and we were blessed to live with her. 
And now, as her essence expands,
we get to expand our relationship with her,
with the growth she models and provokes,
with the love she exemplifies,
and with each other. 

We have our moments of sorrow
and all the feelings sorrow decays into. 
Grief is a new companion. 
"Normal" absolutely is NOT. 
AND. 

There is still joy. 
For a Drum Majorette for Joy. 
For a light unto the world. 
For all that was,
for all that remains,
and all that's rendered new.

We'll gather together in Atlanta and The Bay Area to celebrate Jill collectively.  And after those parties are over, Jill's Light will be the non-profit vessel that extends pieces of her spectacular legacy.  Learn more about both opportunities on this site.
